For candidates
We represent people, not CVs.
If you're a specialist engineer or a leader considering your next move, here's how we work with candidates — and what you can expect from us.
What you can expect
Four commitments.
An honest description of the role
Including the parts that are difficult. You'll make a better decision with complete information, and we'd rather you decline early than leave in six months.
Confidentiality
Your CV is never sent to any organisation without your explicit consent for that specific role. We don't circulate profiles speculatively.
Feedback, either way
If you interview through us, you get a response. Silence after an interview is the most common complaint candidates have about our industry, and it's entirely avoidable.
Someone who understands the work
You won't have to explain what a verification engineer does.
Work at VYSMIRA
We hire rarely, and we hire for depth.
We're a small firm. When we do hire, we look for people who want to become genuine specialists rather than generalist recruiters.
You'd own mandates rather than fill requisitions. You'd be expected to understand the technology well enough to hold a real conversation with a principal engineer — and you'd be given time and support to get there. You'd work directly with both founders.
It suits people who want depth. It doesn't suit people who want volume targets and a script.
Let's talk about the team you're building.
Tell us the role, the constraint and the timeline. We'll tell you honestly whether we're the right firm for it — and if we're not, we'll say so.
